Jeroen van Rotterdam is an accomplished management professional with over 20 years of experience in executive roles. He has a proven track record of achieving year over year triple play with an increase in productivity, decrease in budget, and an increase in employee satisfaction while delivering over 96% of programs on time and within budget. With 19 years of experience in a leading technology role, Jeroen is a visionary who has enabled new business opportunities. He defined a SaaS strategy for the EMC IIG division and designed and delivered a multi-tenant, scale-out SaaS platform and several SaaS solutions based on a NoSQL and Hadoop foundation with a full automatic Continuous Deployment model. Jeroen is also a successful product incubator who has incubated multiple products from scratch such as xDB, a database with over 700,000 installs, an Aerospace Solution, and an Archiving solution which is now the fastest growing product within the EMC IIG division. As a motivator, Jeroen has rallied 750 direct reports behind a new technology strategy focused on automation, dev-ops, innovation, and delivery of the new SaaS platform and solutions. Jeroen is an innovator and has co-authored over 30 patents in various stages with the US Patent Office. He is currently a Board Member at Faro Technologies and has served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Boyd Corp and an Advisory Board Member at InfinyOn Inc. Jeroen holds a Certificate in Corporate Director from Harvard Business School and has a Master's degree in Business Informatics from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
